Viewing My Benefits Statement

The benefits statement outlines employment information related to compensation, statutory benefits, and employer benefits both withheld and paid by the employer.

Accessing the Benefits Statement

  1. In the main menu, select My Information > My Pay.
  2. On the My Pay page, select the Benefits Statement tab.

Viewing the Benefits Statement

Your benefits statement includes a summary of your compensation and benefit elections. You can look at both current and past benefit elections in summary form by choosing the year. The following illustration shows key sections of the benefits statement.

  1. Benefit Year: Select a year from the drop-down list to view elections.
  2. Pie Chart: Chart representation of how your pay is allocated.
  3. Summary: Breakdown of how your pay is allocated per deduction.
  4. Download Benefits Statement: Click Download PDF to save or print the document.

En el estado de las prestaciones se presenta información sobre el empleo relacionada con la compensación, las prestaciones reglamentarias y las prestaciones del empleador, tanto retenidas como pagadas por el empleador.

Acceder al Resumen de Prestaciones

  1. En el menú principal, seleccione My Information > My Pay.

Su resumen de prestaciones incluye un resumen de sus elecciones de compensación y prestaciones. Puede ver las elecciones de prestaciones actuales y pasadas en forma resumida eligiendo el año. La siguiente ilustración muestra secciones clave del resumen de prestaciones.
