Viewing My W2s

You can view and download your year-end W2 forms.

Accessing the W2s screen

From the W2s screen, you can download your W2 and manage your 
electronic consent.

  1. In the main menu, select My Information > My Pay.
  2. On the My Pay page, select the Forms tab.
  3. On the Forms tab, select W2.

  1. Click to display the form.
  2. Displays the year of the W2.
  3. Click to replace receiving paper copies of the form with electronic copies.

Downloading your W2s

  1. Click Preview W2.
  2. Click Download PDF.

Usted puede ver y descargar sus formularios W2 de fin de año.

Acceso a la pantalla W2s

Desde la pantalla W2s, puede descargar su W2 y administrar su consentimiento electrónico.

  1. En el menú principal, seleccione My Information > My Pay.
  2. En la página My Page, seleccione la pestaña Forms.
  3. En la pestaña Forms, seleccione W2.

  1. Haga clic para mostrar el formulario.
  2. Muestra el año del W2.
  3. Haga clic para sustituir la recepción de copias en papel del formulario por copias electrónicas.

Descargar sus W2s

  1. Haga clic en Preview W2.
  2. Haga clic en Download PDF.
